His cuisine honours his Greek heritage, celebrating ingredients like Kozani saffron and honey, blending authenticity with bold, contemporary creativity.
For this Chef’s Table edition, Niko will present an exclusive six-course tasting menu, paired with carefully selected wines from Greece’s top wineries. This menu weaves together traditional Greek recipes, modern twists, and personal stories reflecting his global journeys. Guests will enjoy this intimate dinner at his restaurant on the beautiful island of Leros.
